Halloween Week at PIDS 🎃👻

Ready to get spooky? From Monday 26^th October through Sunday 1^st November it's Halloween week at PIDS! You’ll learn some fun, weird, and spooky tricks and shapes along the way. In the classes below you're welcome to come dressed up. We'll drop some props in the studio to work with but you're welcome to bring your own as well.

Pole Newbie - 4 Week Beginner Course (Rotterdam)

New to pole? This course is the perfect starting point! No prior experience needed. Over 4 weeks, we'll guide you through the basics and teach you the fundamentals. It's a great way to build strength, confidence, and discover just how fun and empowering pole can be!

Chair Dance - 3 Week Course (Den Haag)

Always wanted to try chair dance, or looking to further explore and improve your chair dance skills? This course is exactly what you are looking for! In 3 weeks you will work on the following skills:

Week 1 is all about creating shapes: splits & shoulder stands
Week 2 is all about dynamics: entries and exits
Week 3 you will work on a short choreo combining all the skills and moves you've learned so far

Leggings are preferable over shorts, kneepads are recommended and heels are optional. Please make sure to wear or bring layers to protect your shoulders.
