Master the fundamentals of handstands in this structured 6-week course. Designed for beginners and those refining their skills, the program focuses on building wrist, shoulder, and core strength while improving balance and body awareness.

Through progressive drills, wall exercises, and step-by-step techniques, you’ll learn how to kick up safely, hold a stable handstand, and develop the alignment and control needed for freestanding practice. If you cannot join the full course, no problem! You can also join a single class within the course.
